Silent in Salah ("the App") is developed by Abdalla Taha. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or any third party. All data stays on your device.

Location Data

The App may request access to your location to find nearby mosques. Location data is:

• Used only at the moment you tap "Find Nearby Mosques"
• Sent to mawaqit.net as coordinates to search for nearby mosques
• Never stored on your device or any server we operate
• Never shared with any other third party

You can deny location access at any time in iOS Settings. The App works without it — you can search for mosques by name instead.

Prayer Time Data

Prayer and iqama times are fetched from mawaqit.net based on the mosque you select. The selected mosque identifier is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. No account or login is required.

Analytics & Tracking

The App contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not use cookies or any form of user tracking.

Apple Shortcuts Integration

The App provides an App Intent ("Is Prayer Time Active") for use with Apple Shortcuts. This runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any data externally.

Children

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the App is safe for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
